Honoring and Cherishing with Certificates of Life
Our graphic design OKC team believes that every creative project deserves a special level of attention and care. This is especially true when we have the honor of creating something that recognizes and honors a lost loved one.
In 2014, we were asked to create our first Certificate of Life. This unique and meaningful project inspired us to create more Certificate of Life designs that are used to remember, celebrate, and cherish the lives of those lost from miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. These printables are free to download and use.
This year, we created three more certificate designs. To download these, select your preferred Certificate of Life, then click “download.” You can then print the design in color or in black and white. After this, fill out the certificate with your child’s information. We designed these certificates to be displayed in a frame, but you can also save yours in an album, carry it with you, or do whatever else you find best to honor your loved one.

Our New Certificate of Life Designs
The first new Certificate of Life design features a blue background with a pink flower. It shares a thoughtful quote by A.A. Milne: “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”
Our second and third printables both feature a heartfelt quote from an unknown original author: “Life need not be long-lived for it to be meaningful.”
The second certificate has a soft blue and purple background with trees. Our third printable design is light green with leaves.
To use a black-and-white version of any printable, download the certificate, select “print,” then check the box that says “black and white.” The grayscale versions of the certificates will still clearly show the design.
